Exhausting

I  wasn't planning on posting today, but here I am anyhow.

Dealing with emotional demons is exhausting.  Crying is exhausting.  But after months, perhaps years, of feeling numb, feeling nothing; sadness, pain, sorrow, hurt, as hard as they are, are welcome as at least I am feeling something.  And maybe, just maybe, by feeling them I can move past the things and events that are triggering these emotions.

  2. As tought as it can be emotions are just a part of life, we just need to put them in their compartments, rate them persay by prioriory, you can do it Danielle, my best quote I tell myself is don't sweat the small stuff deal with the most improtant the rest can go away until another day. :))))

  3. Don't cheat yourself from your own feelings. Embrace it. Tears are honest, and they're probably your own mental and physical self telling you what you need. Live within your feelings.

  4. I have to disagree with Anonymous who says put them away and rate them by priority. Deal with them, feel them, accept them, and they will become familiar and unthreatening.
